EnquiryGate Growth Network Policy

1. Purpose
The EnquiryGate Growth Network (EGN) has been established to create opportunities for individuals, agencies, freelancers, consultants, existing customers, and businesses to grow together with EnquiryGate. Our objective is to build a trusted ecosystem where participants help businesses adopt EnquiryGate products and services while earning through genuine customer success.
2. Who Can Join
The Growth Network is open to eligible individuals and organizations, including but not limited to:
- Individuals
- Students
- Freelancers
- Agencies
- Consultants
- Marketing Companies
- Software Companies
- Existing Customers
- Business Owners
- Professionals
Participation is subject to acceptance of these policies and continued compliance with EnquiryGate guidelines.
3. Becoming a Growth Partner
Any eligible user with an EnquiryGate account may activate their Growth Partner profile through the "Earn With Us" section.
Participation is free unless otherwise specified by EnquiryGate.
4. Referral Tracking
Each Growth Partner receives a unique referral code and referral links for supported EnquiryGate products.
When a customer visits through a valid referral link, the referral may be recorded and associated with the applicable product, subject to the rules defined in this policy.
5. Referral Validity
A referral remains valid for 7 days from the customer's first visit using the referral link.
If the customer completes the required action after the referral validity period expires, the referral may no longer be eligible for attribution.
EnquiryGate reserves the right to modify referral validity periods for specific campaigns or products.
6. Product-wise Attribution
Referral attribution is managed independently for each EnquiryGate product.
A Growth Partner who introduced a customer to one product does not automatically become eligible for earnings from all future products purchased by that customer.
Each product may have its own attribution based on actual contribution and customer engagement.
7. Customer Ownership
Customers always remain customers of EnquiryGate.
Growth Partners do not own customer accounts, customer data, business information, websites, domains, subscriptions, or service records.
Customers remain free to purchase additional EnquiryGate products directly or through any eligible Growth Partner.
8. Commission Eligibility
Referral tracking does not automatically create commission eligibility.
A referral becomes eligible only after the customer completes the qualifying requirements defined for that product.
For example, in Creator, a commission may become eligible only after the customer purchases an eligible plan and successfully publishes the website.
Eligibility criteria may differ across products.
9. Renewal Earnings
Growth Partners may receive renewal-based earnings where applicable.
Renewal eligibility depends upon continued compliance with EnquiryGate policies and maintaining an active Growth Partner status.
Renewal benefits are not guaranteed permanently.
10. Active Participation
The EnquiryGate Growth Network is designed for active participation.
Growth Partners are expected to remain engaged by referring genuine customers, supporting customer success, participating in learning programs, or contributing meaningfully to the ecosystem.
Long-term inactivity may affect eligibility for future earnings, referrals, or renewal commissions.
11. Customer Experience
Growth Partners must represent EnquiryGate honestly and professionally.
Participants must not make false promises regarding pricing, product features, delivery timelines, ownership, guaranteed rankings, guaranteed business growth, or guaranteed financial returns.
Only official EnquiryGate documentation, pricing, and commitments shall be considered valid.
12. Specialist Support
Product implementation, technical guidance, customer onboarding, and specialist assistance may be provided directly by EnquiryGate or its authorized representatives.
Growth Partners may remain informed about customer progress where applicable but are not required to perform technical implementation unless separately authorized.
13. Payments and Verification
Before receiving payouts, Growth Partners may be required to complete identity verification, tax documentation, banking verification, GST registration (where applicable), or other compliance requirements.
EnquiryGate may withhold payouts until verification requirements have been completed.
14. Fraud and Misuse
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Fake registrations
- Self-referrals intended to manipulate commissions
- Duplicate or fraudulent accounts
- Spam or unsolicited marketing
- Misrepresentation of EnquiryGate products
- Unauthorized use of EnquiryGate branding
- False commitments to customers
- Any activity intended to manipulate referral tracking or commission calculations
Violation of these rules may result in suspension, cancellation of earnings, permanent removal from the Growth Network, or legal action where applicable.
15. Policy Updates
EnquiryGate may update these policies from time to time to improve fairness, transparency, legal compliance, or business operations.
The latest published version of this policy shall always apply.
16. Final Decision
In matters relating to referral attribution, duplicate referrals, customer ownership, commission eligibility, inactivity, fraud prevention, disputes, or interpretation of these policies, the final decision shall rest with EnquiryGate.
