Instructions for use.: Boil water for ten to fifteen minutes in an open container and dip the moist pack in it . The water level should be kept up to 3/4th full of water or slightly over the top of the pack. Please make sure that container should be clean. Take out moist pack and hang it for soaking the water then wrap it in a towel adequately. Apply it on the affected area. When the treatment is complete the pack can be reheated or stored for later use. Cautioin: Please check that pack should not be too hot.
